How we hire?

We want to make our recruitment process visible so that you know what to expect. Please keep in mind that the hiring process may vary depending on the role.

1. First discussion

We want to get to know you and hear about your background, expectations, and areas of interest. We also introduce Unikie's story to you.

2. Tech discussion

You get to talk to our technical specialists and discuss about your technical background, focus being on the skills needed in the position you are applying to.

3. Coding Test

You will get a link to our coding environment, and you can submit the test whenever it suits you the best. No live coding here.

4. Project search

We start to look for the suitable project for you. Unikie has 120+ clients globally, so we do our best to find you the best match from our project portfolio.

5. Client interview

Our clients often want to discuss directly with the possible candidates. This gives you the possibility to discuss in more detail about the technology used, and other important topics.

6. Offer

Once you have been approved to the project, we are delighted to send you a job offer and hope to welcome you at Unikie. Your people partner will reach out to you regarding your onboarding.
