System Security Expert

At the moment we are looking for System Security Expert to join our team in Tallinn or Helsinki.

We’re looking for experts in mobile system security domain with successful industry experiences.

As a System Security Expert, You will be responsible for constructing the system security competitiveness of consumer products, such as smart phone, laptop, automotive and so on. We expect that you have very deep insight into the consumer industry and relevant research work in academia, and able to make your own plan on technologies and lead the technologies development, thus finally help CBG to build competitiveness on cyber security and user privacy protection, which aims to bring totally new security experiences to customers

Location: Tallinn, Estonia/Helsinki, Finland.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The software professional we are looking for should be comfortable with at least some of the following:

PhD or Master in Computer Science with at least 6 years of experience in the field of mobile system security.
Proficient in one or more languages such as Assembly/C/C++/Rust, proficient in ArmV7/8/9 architecture, familiar with its virtual memory architecture, instruction set, registers and other relevant SOC hardware knowledge.
Familiar with threat modeling and attack surface analysis; familiar with the causes of various vulnerabilities, especially memory-based vulnerabilities; familiar with exploitation approaches of various vulnerabilities and state-of-the-art mitigation technologies in the industry.
Familiar with at least one of iOS, Android, Linux, Windows or other mainstream operating system, be able to understand and abstract the security architecture, security model and all kinds of security mechanism of them.
Have unique research and insights in one or more of the following areas: chip security, operating system security, isolation mechanisms, access control models, permission mechanisms, memory protection techniques, code integrity protection, encryption/trusted services and so on.
Have at least one of the following successful experiences
- Successfully lead the security architecture, design or development of major chips, operating systems or consumer products.
- Successfully lead the design and development of large open source security projects or tools in the community.
- Have in-depth research in one or more system security areas and have high quality publications in these areas.
