Customer Solutions Architect is a unicorn. Rarely seen combination of technology enthusiasm and social customer centricity, combination of technical knowledge and sales skills.

CSA’s responsibility is to ensure that the needs of our Client are met with Unikie services and platforms. Responsibilities include also business development and farming responsibility for selected Unikie accounts in his/her region including platform sales as well as custom software testing and development projects. He/She works in co-operation with other sales personnel, and colleagues from delivery, R&D, recruitment and marketing. The most importantly, you are a persistent problem solver, enthusiastic solution seeker and never give up.

Customer Solutions Architect’s main focus is to:

  • Manage and interpret Client requirements, solve Client problems
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and platform and service education
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Calculate client quotations together with sales and finance
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Support Client project ramp-up and delivery
  • Offer after-sales support services
  • Search for new clients who could benefit from our platforms and services in a designated region
  • Establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with Clients
  • Maintain client data in Odoo
  • Support sales and marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Provide training and producing support material for the sales team
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence


  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in embedded software development
  • Strong understanding of embedded software R&D projects
  • Sound judgement and good business sense
  • Interpersonal skills, teamworking ability
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • The ability to build relationships with clients quickly

  • Past experience from automotive, telecom and/or industry sectors is considered as an advantage


Customer Solutions Architect is a key member of Unikie local business team. Reporting will be done through Unikie CRM and account planning tools in Odoo.


  • Your compensation will come from competitive base salary and 1% commission on all invoiced revenue brought in by the Customer Solutions Architect (Calculated from the gross margin and paid for the first 12 months of a new project)
