Since the early days, we have focused on internationalisation by broad-mindedly investing in technological development and international customer acquisition. Over the first five years, we have invested more than ten million euros in our own technology platforms by cash flow financing. Since the beginning, we have experienced strong growth with the sights on internationalization. A lot of work has been done to reach the demanding growth targets with Esko Mertsalmi at the helm. He worked as the company’s CEO for five years, from the time of founding until the end of 2020.
A great amount of preparation went into our reform process to support internationalization and the commercialization of strong technologies. This process resulted in adding Capman Growth and Tesi as investors and hiring Seppo Kuula to run the company. Kuula has a solid track record of establishing and scaling business in new-technology growth companies and of Agile cultural steering of major international operations. This will come in handy at the next growth stage for us. Kuula joined the Reformation process earlier, as a board member, and this facilitated his entry into the company.
