Quality Policy

Unikie’s quality policy states that the company aims to provide high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed the customer’s expectations, and to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The company strives to improve its processes, methods, tools and competencies continuously, and to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and learning.

The company also commits to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards, and to prevent defects, errors and non-conformities in its products and services. To achieve this, the company’s quality processes are based on risk assessments, which have been made for the specific purposes and needs of the company and its customers.

Unikie’s quality management system is based on low hierarchy decision making and lean methodology, which enable the company to respond quickly and efficiently to changing customer needs and market conditions. The company empowers its employees to take ownership of their work and to collaborate across teams and projects.

The company also uses various tools, such as Odoo ERP system, Atlassian tools etc, to support its agile and iterative development process, and to ensure transparency, traceability and quality throughout the product lifecycle. The company’s management system is dynamic and adaptable, and it is constantly evaluated and improved based on feedback and results.
