The Board of Directors of Unikie Oy and CEO Seppo Kuula have mutually agreed that Kuula will leave his position as CEO. Kuula has led Unikie, one of Finland’s fastest growing technology companies, for two years, successfully building the company’s growth. He started on the Board of Directors of the company in January 2020.

Unikie’s growth has been successful, and its three business areas have been made to function as business drivers. Internationalization has also proceeded according to plans. We wish Seppo all the best for the future”, says Esko Mertsalmi, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Unikie’s Board of Directors has appointed Seppo Kolari as interim CEO of the company starting 13 December 2022. Kolari is a member of the board and served as the company’s COO. The recruitment process for a new CEO has been initiated.
