Passive detection for real-world security
UniScanner is a compact, easily deployable awareness device designed to monitor public infrastructure environments by sensing ambient wireless signal activity. It passively detects common emitting devices — phones, laptops, smartwatches, headphones — on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth channels and recognizes their presence and behavior.
Where traditional systems like cameras provide visual evidence after the fact, and motion sensors trigger on heat or movement, UniScanner listens to the wireless signal environment. It captures subtle patterns of activity, such as loitering or presence at unusual hours, even in areas without line-of-sight.
UniScanner is built for low-asset-value locations with high disruption potential, such as:
Electricity grid transformers
Water towers
Railway switchgear
Telecom masts
Rooftop access points
Maintenance doors or public infrastructure
Monitor your environment through ambient wireless signals
UniScanner offers a scalable safety layer where traditional surveillance is too expensive or impractical. Whether used alone or as part of a network, UniScanner delivers quiet, continuous awareness across a broad geographical footprint.
In traffic-heavy or open environments, the AI-enabled version learns what typical movement looks like and alerts when activity deviates.

Deployment Options
Single-node Proximity Sensing
Detects emitting devices within a fixed area—ideal for securing entrances, stairwells, equipment rooms, or roof hatches. Configurable with:
- Directional antennas for focused, narrow field coverage
- Omnidirectional antennas for broad 360° area monitoring
Multi-node Installations
Enables triangulation and movement tracking over larger zones like rail yards, utility fields, or facility perimeters. Devices cooperate to map signal behavior and detect unusual patterns.
Modular & Scalable
Supports everything from single-site trials to wide-area networked deployments. Easy to retrofit into existing infrastructure using CAT5/6 cabling and standard USB-C power.
Flexible Zoning
Nodes can be tuned to specific coverage shapes and behaviors, such as selective blind zones or concentrated detection zones. Antennas help tailor the system to privacy needs or risk level.
